my favourite cartoon character is stewie griffin, from family guy. hes a 2 year old baby, with an adults voice, swears alot and generally makes me laugh 99% of the time.

Oh, man... now you're asking. I like a lot, I can't have one favourite, lol. Well... I like Invader Zim, and I also like some of the old 80s cartoons (mainly DangerMouse and Count Duckula).

I would have said jigglypuff, hamtaro, mokona, and pikachu when it comes to cuteness...but you were asking cartoon characters not anime characters...(not exactly what the others had answered)...
my favorite cartoon characters are bugs bunny followed by spiderman followed by apocalypse...followed by onslaught then phoenix, then woody woodpecker then spongebob then bubbles.

My favorite characters are Kazuma Azuma, Koroyanagi Ryou in Yakitate! Japan. All of the characters in mrumo de pon (Except for evil characters) also in Sunny Pig and Black Jack. They are amazing!!!
