Insults are relative. Someone may not like my life style, or look, and use an insult. This is theyre inability, to put into words, a disagreement with my lifestyle, look, whatever. This shows they are socially inept, and dissagree with something about me.
Everyone is entitled to an opion, and free speech, despite their gramatic capabilities.
Id say, ok, thats your opionion.
However, some people want conflict, and insult to begin conflict.
In which case, kick his/her nuts/flange and say nothing.
actions often speak louder than words.
A genuine acknowladgement of thier (genuine to them) disagreement with you, OR a cick to genitals, cuts out all the verbal fencing in between.
Just decide which side thier breads buttered, and act accordingly.
Ps. Thanx for the reply to the 360 invite thing..ive never really used it before (as you can tell from the page content).

Something that I learned from my brother is this. If you never talk bad about anyone, and nobody will talk bad about you. Most people that I know, talk bad about someone to boost their ego, however people look down on someone who's using someone to their advantage, if that person has done no hard to anyone else. It's a sign of immaturity. Now if they are insulting you on something else other than pride, then I'd suggest not even attempting to insult back, or trying to get revenge. These type of things, sometimes lead into a more physical form of confrontation.

No. If someone throws a stone at me I throw a brick back at them. If they throw a brick I throw a rock. If they throw a rock I would shoot them. In other words I give back far worse than what they give. It makes them look stupid as they were the aggressor in the first place. If someone insults you and you accept it, that is a sign of weakness.

If I know the person, I will insult their weaknesses back, just because they do that to me.
If I don't, I ignore them. I don't depend on them to live so why bother?

you sexy beast
how about when someone insults us we don't add anything to the space or the insult - what if we add "nothing" in the Zen sense of the word nothing.
when there is no fuel a flame extinguishes itself into itself
anything you add whether it is "overt" or "covert" which is what you are suggesting , will add fuel to the insult and keep you attached to that person and what they said.......
