1) Someone with distinguished military experience. It takes someone with balls to lead the mightiest country on the planet. We live in a terroristic world; we can't have a wimp for a President. While Bush certainly hasn't been the best President, God help us if Kerry had won. We would've had more than one 9/11 since the last election.
2) Someone who will lead this country in a fashion that earns the respect of the rest of the world (the sane countries anyways; countries like Iraq and Iran can go pound sand... no pun intended).
3) Someone who will get this country back on it's own two feet. We meddle way too much in the affairs of other countries. While it's been our history to "save the world, even from themselves", times have changed. We should take care of our own first, THEN help others as we can. We should also kick the UN out of the USA. It has grown corrupt and useless (how many times did Saddam kick the UN weapons inspectors out of Iraq, and Clinton sat back and allowed it to happen? the UN is a joke). Becoming more isolationist will mean we will have to reduce/eliminate our dependency on foreign oil, which means no more gas guzzlers (who's got the nuts to pass THAT law?).

1. Solid, conservative values.
2. Someone willing to put the right thing to do ahead of the popular thing to do.
3. An attitude that losing the war is not an option.
Sounds a lot like "W", doesn't it? Well, he can't run again, so we won't get into that arguement. Think about points 2 and 3 a minute. Pulling the troops out of Iraq right now would be a popular idea with many Americans, but that would mean losing the war, along with any respect the world still has for us as a leading nation. Worse yet, it would mean that we were giving in to the demands of terrorists who want us to leave. Would you vote for anyone from any party who got on the podium and said that they would give-in to the demands of terrorists?
If you're a sworn enemy of American values, then no, I don't want to be friends.

Among other things we need someone with balls, balls to tell it like it is. Balls to put an end to the madness and the lies, and Balls to actually try and change the system and not the system change the president. Congressmen and Senators, take heed upon what the people say.

1. Someone with the balls to stand up to the greedy corporate conglomerates, special interest groups, corrupt wealthy elites, lobbyists, etc...and actually represent the common citizen (this one will NEVER happen, of course).
2. Someone who will take care of the problems in this country (poverty, homelessness, pollution, crime, education, healthcare, infrastructure, environment, security, etc.) before worrying about everyone else's business.
3. Once our own house is back in order, we need to make nice with our neighbors.
I can dream, can't I?
