I was in a Mc Donalds a few months ago in the inner city of Detroit. The day I decided to go, they where conducting interviews.
There where 2 booths on one side of the store by the front counter and then the rest of the booths and tables where in the back. All the applicants where in the back where the manager was interviewing infront next to my booth.
The manager told the people who he was interviewing 1 of 2 things...
A) Come back later on in the week for a seconday interview and handed them some paperwork
B) Told them they no longer needed any more employees.
The way this was determined was directly related to the way the people where dressed.....
The people who came in wearing a dress shirt and looked presentable where told to come back later on on the week. All the people who looked ghetto, who had the colored hair, baggy pants where told they where not wanted.
I sat there for a good 30 minutes and I could tell you which ones they wanted to hire and which ones they didn't want.
They did ask the applicants wearing ghetto clothing a few questions so it did not look like descrimination, but the ones dressed properly said very little and where told to come back for a 2nd interview!

You can get a job at McDonald's anytime of the year. Heck you can quite 3 times and get hired back, never fails!

could be and don't knock it. Did you know that if you stay with the company long enough to become a regional manager they buy you a car every couple of years. You never have to pay for gas, oil changes, car washes any of that stuff the car is totally taken care of because it is not only your car but the car you drive in to go to different areas of your job so they make sure it is a good car etc. yet you get to use it as your own as well

well do you have any experience working in a fast food place? Are you respectful and presentable. Do you have enough common sense to work a cash registar?? THEN OF COURSE YOU WILL DARLING!
