Disk E is one you insert. Drive E is usually part of your hard drive (one of the minor drives). Look in my computer or go to your start button and click on search, it will give you a list of drives (with letters)

If you mean disk, disk E can be a digital camera that is connected via a USB port, it could be a jump drive, anything that you connect that has a storage capacity can be called "E." Hope this helps.

If you are referring to a "E:/" drive on your computer try looking in your "My Computer" folder. This could be anything from your cd/dvd drive to an external USB device that you have plugged in.

(Good luck! Hope this helps!)
