I really want to become an actress, but I'm not sure if which is better? Take 4 years of my life and go to a college or university? Or just take acting classes? Do you know of any really great programs I could benefit from, if I get accepted, of course.

You probably should do both-- the 4 year degree would be your back-up if acting didn't pay the bills.... Plus, you could take tons of acting classes anyway, while you are in school.

To me, acting classes, you'll get discovered faster.
