i am planning to go to malaysia at feb .... i donot know if i can go or not....

very unusual. the first time in 100 year. normally it's dry and hot in jan thru' march.
mother nature is angry now

It is not usual for something like this to happen, it's the first time in 100 years. and the Daily Accumulated Rainfall shows that it's like having a year's rainfall in 1 day time.
The situation is getting better day by day, as the flooded area are getting back to normal. just check http://www.met.gov.my/home_e.html for weather updates and warning.
Don't let the flood scares you from coming to Malaysia, It's over now and it doesn't really affect most tourism spot. and what best is...It's VISIT MALAYSIA YEAR,2007 . there are plenty of packages and activities going on, don't miss out the fun!

well...usually..it's the east coast that have floods sometime in November-March...during that period...the west coast is supposed to be great..especially the beaches...but as now it's flooding in the south...you can always go to the north of the Peninsular Malaysia...or even the central where we have the National Park...it's not flooding there.. you can find out more here

yeah its from about november untill january but all will be cleared by february because of chinese new year coming. Gong Xi Fa Cai.
