Product is a Graco Aspen 3 in1 crib .. the product was recalled b/c some lil kid died when the wood cracked on the crib.

Depends why it was recalled. For some things you can return to the place of purchase, others require you to send back to the company. Many recalls, however, are just kits that will allow you to fix the problem. You can contact the company and they will tell you how to go about it or send you the fix kit.

Look at the sign in the store where you bought it. That sign says something like "If you have bought this product bring it back to this store for a full refund." or some phrase like that.
Even on the web or on TV they are required to say something like that.

Contact the manufacturer and let them know u have a recalled product. Then ask them where to send it to so you can be refunded your $$$.
