If you like them the way they are an they are happy that way then yes. Why would you want someone to change just for you? That's a little on the possessive side.
You should like a person for what they are not what you think they could be with your guidance.

yes I could. I believe if a person trys to change for someone else, the change won't be forever and also the person won't be happy trying to be someone or something that they are not.

yes I have told My boyfriend that recently he looked confused and puzzled I said don't change for me stay just the way you are it is no need to try and become something more just to get anyone to pay more attention to you i like you how you are so don't change for me because i care not for a different man only you so change not for me
