What are the potential consequences that a judge can face as a result from them administrating a case in which they are bias?

almost none. it is up to the judge to determine if he or she is bias.
the bar is involved only if a complaint is made, and even then unless the bar find the judges response to the person complaint to show that they are bias or not enough information is given they will not even open an investigation.

Judges that do unethical things get disciplined by either the head judge or by the bar association.
That's kind of like having their fraternity brothers discipline them.
I fail to see any fairness in that, but then again, I saw how unfair
some judges are in their decisions.

Now a days, absolutely nothing most likely. The system is so corrupt you hardly find justice in the only place it's suppose to be administered.
