My period began on jan 8 and ended on the 12th. I had sex a week after my cycle which was unprotected. I also had unprotected sex today. My ovalution days are the 19th - 22nd. I am now feeling slight lower abdomen discomfort. When is the best time to test? And could I be pregnant?

it is too soon to feel abdominal discomfort due to pregnancy. having sex a week after period could mean you're preggo since times when you are most fertile are from days 10-15 of your cycle. (remembering that day one is the first day that your period starts).

I know it drives you crazy not knowing but the best advice I can give you is wait till you miss your period. I wouldn't worry about it until then. If you do miss a home pregnancy test will answer your question. If you are at risk for becoming pregnant (you are) and are not ready for a baby you can always go get birth control from your doctor and some places have clinics where you get info. and help. Also something to consider is using a condom even with birth control to prevent STD's. Hope this helps. GOD BLESS

you can test as early as 5 days before your period, but it's best to wait until at least 1 day after your missed period

The chances of you being pregnant are high. Use a HPT a day or two after your period is late - if it is late.

I'd wait till you miss your period and then i'd take a pregnancy test. It is more accurate if you wait......
