I bought this shirt and the care label said to hand wash, don't twist, wring or squeeze out excess water, so I am thinking that the excess water is going to just jump out on it's own.

On an iron. Do not iron with clothes on your body.
On a bar of Dial soap: Directions: Use like regular soap.
