Hi there, what you need is a lowering kit, the bike comes fitted with standard size suspension links and these can be changed for shorter links which will reduce the height of the rear suspension, you can then drop the fork through the clamps and this will lesson the front height but will allow normal suspension travel.
ps rear height adjusters will also allow normal suspension travel too! Or have the seat remanufactured/adjusted

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to research questions and give informed answers.
You can lower the rear suspension with lowering links.

You can lower the front by pushing the front forks up through the triple clamps about an inch.

Drop the forks through the forks by about 10mm and get some shorter rear linkage bars to lower the rear.

1) Get the seat done (cheapest)

2) Soften the rear shock preload a bit allowing the back to settle

3) chenge the rear shock for one with a ride height adjuster.

before you go playing with the suspension, make sure you know what you are doing as it can have major effects to the handling, there are companies that do the work you want ,and the seat can be shaved down as well , have a look in bike mags or google it and see.motorcycle news [uk] is always a good source of info.bloke i work with done his ducati, cos he is short and his is now fine , [australia] good luck.

You can get racing springs and install them. I wouldn't touch that baby, it is excellent stock. Look for racing suspension if you really have to
