Try putting a tiny bit of liner on bottom and slightly more than normal on top - also put on a lot of mascera and curl ur lashes. do the rest of your make up as normal, but don't do bright colors for ur lips. it looks like you're trying too hard.

Apply eye liner only half-way on your bottom eye lids and apply a lot on your top eye lids. They make your eyes pop and apply mascara outward not inward and curl your lashes with curler so it gets bigger. Also, apply eye-shadow up to your brow bone, and use a 3 color toner.

Use an eye lash curler, & mascara.
Eyeliner for your upper lids only.
Wax your eyebrows, use eye brow liner.
Wear a neutral lip colour, so your eyes stand out.

Accent the outer triangle of your eyes.
And curl your lashes or use extended lash formulas. Or both.
Also, when you are accenting your eyes, play down your blush and lipstick, you might look clownish.

only put mascara and eyeliner on the top eyelid and nothing on the bottom ...trust me

get eye liner the same color as your eyes only darker

Don't put eyeliner your bottom lashes.
