I know of this excellent site that I find has reliable info & has some really good suggestions regarding creams, supplements etc for psyrosis. Please see articles ,I typed in Psoriasis for all reusalts, (please look thorugh..not all r relevant)
They recommned mostly omega oils, I think the best source is FLAXEED OIL supplement.
Creams sugested are Organic Aloe vera gel (esp to relieve itching) & Ying yang MSM cream &

a cream recommneded by doctors in US called "Psoriaflora" which is supposed 2 b really good, In clinical trials on over 400 patients, 80% of those using the cream for three months reported a dramatic improvement in the condition of their skin.
(see the last link for more info)

I suffer from psoriasis too....and yeah, its a devil to spell!!! I have tried lots of natural treatments as well as ones from my gp and haven't had much luck (as its on my scalp its rotten to try and get rid of). Although I really prefer natural remedies wherever possible, I was prescibed COCOIS by my gp and have to say....its brilliant.....its basically coal tar in a coconut oil based paste....stinks but the best I have ever tried. Think it is only available on prescription but not sure.

sorry dont know the name of cream however look at your diet - something may be triggering it that is not as obvious, keep as relaxed and stress free as possible and try goats milk or buffalo milk.
