If she's not a widow and does not have a divorce decree, then she's married. I'm not sure that Adultery is a chargeable offense, though. The police have way too much to do to catch adulterers!

If she is legllay separated then I think it is okay for her to have other relationships, but she can not get married or anything. But if I were you I would not get involved with some that is problly emotional from going through a devorce. Also marrige is something that should not be given up on, I think u should step out of the picture until they find for themselves that the marrige can not be saved. They may not know this until the devorce is finnal.

Yes. Separated is not the same as "single" or "divorced" in the eyes of the law.

Typically, yes. Is it a legal documented separation or the couple simply stopped living together.

Unless she signed the Decree Absolute and filed in court. Even if she signed the Decree Nici, she's still married.
As far as adultery goes, that law varies in different regions.

yes. technically she's married and she would breaking her vows. your also ruining any chance that the marriage could still work out. in addition, when it comes to divorce her husband will have the upper hand because she would be the cause of the break up because of the affair.
