I would assume that someone who would hover around the science section of yahoo answers for houlors would be kindof cocky. Like people who state their IQ. Are truly intelligent person doesnt spend all of their time telling others how smart they are. They allow others to tell people for them.

Everyone is so serious and impatient in almost every other section I've been in on here other than P&S (and most of Entertainment and music). People are a lot more funny and easy-going here.

There are rude people everywhere. Scientists tend to be more introvert, and many lack in social skills. This may be preceived as rudeness.
