Does anyone who smokes (cigarettes!), feel the bad effects from tobacco on their body yet? I'm 25 and have smoke full time for the last 7 years. (Up on a pack of 20 a day). I also drink, but feel that if I went out to bars and drank but didn't smoke, that my hangover would be much less severe in the morning. Does anyone have a smoker's cough, or feel aches and pains (possible due to smoking), and are around my age? Very curious about this!

im 13 years older than you but yes i did have those feelings and when i walked up a flight of stairs i was out of breath and that was only half way up...i am proud to say i have not had a cigarette since sept 29,2006 and i have never felt better....i have more energy to do what i want and i can make it a whole flight of stairs with out almost dying...i suggest if ur having that many problems now, it might be a good time to quit....both my b/f and i quit cold turkey...now i just have to get my daughter to stop...she watched me for all those yrs now she thinks it is cool...but i cant condemn her for something i did
