i want to open a small restarunt, and I am curious to know what type of start up costs are usually associated.

I want to open a small restaraunt, not within a hotel. The restaraunt would be the size of say a Subway sandwich shop.

No set figure. You need to be checked out, have good credit, insurance, food license, check with zoning officer, etc.

depends how big your restaurant is and it also depends if you want a 5 star hotel or a 7 star hotel so its hard to suggest
