umm.... WHY are you putting this poor woman thru this if you are gay (or, since you are with a woman bi???)???
She will probably figure it out eventually, and, after you have hurt her emotionally, and lost her, then what?
Plus, if you are concerned about getting outed, don't you think that you run a higher risk of being outed by a distraught ex-girlfriend than by just having discreet gay relationships?

1) just don't tell her.
2) don't exaggerate your interest in woman. keep it cool.
3) she obviously likes the you that you present to her. just keep being that.
