My ipod has crashed. I have tried the following...

Allowed it to run flat.
All buttons in all combinations!
Recharged it fully

When I switch it on, it comes up with what looks like a file with a yellow triange with an exclamation mark on it. Then it simply goes off.

What do I need to do? Is there anywhere that I can go to to see all of these ipod symbols and what they all mean and what may have caused this?

Hold the Center button and the play key simultaneously. It will reset it. Visit: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

Follow the "Five R's", it usually fixes most problems. [worked for me]

My iPod was so bad, it didn't want to turn on. If it did, only a few seconds. The Restoration fixed it. Good luck
