While I agree the Media if deaf, dumb and blind, I think it's the result of our fearful leader and the media's REPUBLICAN ownership.

No one's ignored the increases in violence in Iraq and your correlation between the election and vilolence in Iraq is kinda strange. The attacks on Iraqi civilians and coaltion forces have been on the rise since way before Nov 7th

As Bush has been so busy pointing out--he's in charge and intends to ignore the bipartisan study group, Democrats--and the expressed will of the American people in November regarding his mismanagement of the war.
