your head. Your heart can lead you astray.

That's like asking whether we should trust reason (your head) or emotion (your heart). Sometimes things may "feel" right (emotion), but that doesn't necessarily make it right. So, I'd have to say trusting in your head would be the better of the two options.

I trust my heart, because your head thinks logical. It doesn't have all the answers. Like if they are to people that loves to make cars. One that reads about it, and does nothing. The other go makes his own. Both have equal knowledge for cars. This make a big difference between the two. The one that reads knows all the answers, but inside of him he is still unsure of himself of what he's doing. this goes under people who use their brains. While the person who makes his own knows, and the answer come second nature to him. So in which he in-bodies it. Here something a great man told me.

I don't know what i don't know.
I know what i don't know.
I know what i know.
I don't know what i know

this is the learning process that we all take. While we finish of learning in it becomes second nature like driving. At first we are forcing our self to drive the car. Last once we fish the process. We can basically drive with our eyes close hahaha. So long story short. I trust my heart, but it takes alittle more effort to condition yourself to be like that.

I can't really say either can be more trustworthy than the other. I mean say you're in love and your heart tells you to go for it but your brain is holding you back saying no, it's never going to work out don't even bother. Which would you listen to? It's like two compleatly seperate people in your head.

If I had to choose I would say your heat because it gives you love while your brain only makes love difficult.

All of your answers lie within your heart center. Your head is to discern three realities. The influence of outside validation from others, the influence of hyper awareness beyond human contact, and the influence of your memories.

The beauty of this is your head is there to give you the freedom to choose. Your heart is there to give you the truth.

ultimately your heart/intuition. this culture opts for the head, especially in those who are our true "succcess stories". following the "wisdom" of the ego will lead you to failure as a human, notwithstanding your enormous fame and fortune. just take a look, via photo, etc., at some of the leadership in this country, for example. can you really believe that those bloated, heartless, greedy, narcissists are "successful"? ultimately, the finest human is one that has achieved a balance between the two---his heart gives him the proper direction, and his head, acting not as the master, but as the executor, helps to design and carry out the plan to achieve the desired goal. (it does not set the goal). ;-)

Neither, I go with my gut first. If I have the time, my head.
But I try not to listen to my heart; it generally just complicates and confuses the issue.

Peace

Trust your head only. Because otherwise, you'll end up betting on the colts and the saints.
