After my one month trial is over, and reverts to silver, will I lose all my achievements? I heard this from someone. If this has happened to anyone answer me please. Thanks.

No, you will not lose your achievements. They are tied to your Hard drive and are also stored on Xbox Live's servers. Your Live service level is irrelevant.

my account reverted back to silver and i still had all of my achievements. i guess it could be possible for there to be a glitch but i've never heard of it

Don't think so since it's still your profile and xbox live managers probably hope you'll upgrade again :P
