i remember a while back i was watching a anime show and i don't remember the title. All i remember is that the people r playing a online computer game and the two main people r brother and sister and they won some contest and get to play as some special characters

".hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet"
It has a more upbeat feel than the previous .hack// TV series and it feels like an animated version of "Ragnarok Online" (the game, not the animated TV series).
The main characters are Shuugo and Rena, the game characters they used are Kite and Black Rose, that appeared in the end of the previous TV series.
Shuugo and Rena are twins separated from each other due their parents' divorce, but they meet again online under the suggestion of Rena.
Shuugo have a sister complex and love dogs.
