here are some details: my 21 year old brother Joshua David Sellers passed through the gates of Life into the gates of Heaven. A Scott guy, the driver probably hammered, sped off at a very high rate of speed and crashed into several trees, one car, my brother was in the back seat of the car and he was ejected from the back, he died of brain hemmeraging, a snapped neck, and other broken places. Matt had several other broken parts of his body, many bruises and several injuries. Scott got away with NO injuries. Please pray for my brother, and my family, and his girlfriend Tracy. Scott, a drunken 27 year old male, was the driver, when he was released at 7 in the morning Christmas eve, he did NOT visit my brother, he bullshitted some of my brothers old friends, Scott does not deserve to get away the way he did. Matt, had several injuries but he still wanted to visit my brother. So he was put in a wheelchair and brought up to visit my brother in Intensive Care

that's sad, my prayers are with you. i hope that you can settle this in your heart and let your brother rest in peace. bless you and your family and bless tracy and her family too. it's said about scott's family too. i hope that someday you will be able to put this to rest, let your brother rest in peace, and move on with your life as best as you can. there are support groups around that are available for you to seek others who have gone through a similar situation. please seek grief counseling for yourself, and your family too. best of luck and God Bless.

Was he driving under the influence or is he a drunken in general?

Well it is scott's fault because he was driving and maybe they had an argument before. But accidents happen! and luck is really random.

But maybe scott is in total distress and is about to kill himself because of what happened. Maybe he cold not stand to look at your brother and that is totally understandable. Finally, He will never admit he is in pain because He seems he is a tough guy. But if I were you I would go easy on him! His life is probably already screwed.

Also, If the guy was drunk, your brother had the choice to not go with him.

Anyway what happened is really sad...

Inadvertently and unintentionally, yes. I don't know where you live but where I live it is called vehicular manslaughter. My prayers are with your family. While it won't bring back your brother, your family could sue Scott personally should the state or providence where you live not bring him up on charges. Please stay appraised of what is going on with the investigation that should be conducted by the state or providence. God Bless.

Manslaughter for sure. He did not intentionally murder anyone but he should pay for what he did. Serious jail time for sure. File a civil suit and get what hurts him. MONEY. $$$$ Every month, make him pay you something for the rest of his life. He'll have to remember then, won't he? This is very sad.

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother, its awful when there taken from us so quickly, i will pray for you, your brother and your family, and i believe when you decide to drink and then drive, its like taking a gun and shooting someone, with all the laws and national attention on drinking and driving,i believe they willfully intended to kill someone, i just sorry it was your brother, god bless you, and i hope you know your brother is in a beautiful safe place, where there's no pain.

some things in life just dont make sence to us sweetheart. on january 26th of this year it will be the 2 year anniversary of my boyfriends murder. the police know who did this to him, as does the whole town where i used to live, but still no one was arrested on this crime.they walk free and my brandon is gone he was 20 years old.i was like you for a while trying to figure out why this was all so unfair, but stopping our lives to try to figure out something that we will never understand,is not what our loved ones want, they want us to be happy until we see them again in heaven. keep ur head up honey it will get better

I'm not trying to be mean.Yes and no. Scott got drunk so it is alittle his fault but if your brother was smart he won't get in that car, and get a taxi, and if he had his seatbelt on he might be alive but whats done is done. Sorry if I was mean but that what I think. It both of their fault

In some jurisdiction it could be considered as vehicular homicide, or driving under the influence and causing death, I suggest you give him a fair trial and then hang him.
