some ppl dont even get wut the hell emo is!!!
they r ppl who hate their lives, cut them selves,atempt suicide, and r way depressed...ect
i listen to MCR,(duh), fall out boy, Panic! at the disco, and a little more heavier stuff than that, and ppl call me emo, and i am NOT!!!
just kuz u listen to that kind of music and "emo" music doent mean ur a emo. i hate when ppl call it emo music-it just gets on my nerves!

Not really, of all the bands you like Taking Back Sunday is emo, and even then you don't like it that much. If you want to have an emo taste in music you should probably listen to AFI, LostProphets, From First To Last, Underoath, 30 Seconds To Mars, Norma Jean, and Senses Fail.

People all call me punk and i like those bands and other emo music and at the skate park i got into a fight with a dude because i like panic so if you wanna be emo then sure

firstly: fall out boy, all-american rejects and taking back sunday are NOT emo!!!!
your taste in music doesn't make you emo anyway, i would have to physically SEE you and have a PROPER conversation with you to decide if you were emo or not.
and even then it wouldn't matter because that would just be my opinion, and my opinion doesn't decide if you are emo or not.
why does it matter? just be you and let other people worry if you're emo or not.

honey u r u dont put a label on urself. i listen 2 the same sort of music but i dont like 2 be catagorised in 2 a label cus ppl just slate u otherwise and say stuff like u slit ur wrists or wot ever.

no. just becasue you listen to emo music, even though some of these bands said that they don't play emo music, but, alternative rock. its fine. listen to emo, even though its not, music doesn't make you emo.

my chemical romance isnt too sturdy yet i admire the different stuff. great music style. extraordinarily slipknot and 3 days grace. pay attention to apocalyptica. they seem to be a cello steel band with targeted visitor singers. slipknots and 3 days graces lead singers sung a music each and each for them.

no actually you dont sound emo. those aren't emo bands. i have been around emo way to long to think that. if you were emo, it would be screaming poser to me, no offense.
