Hi there yes it is ok to take your baby out in this weather just remember to use common sense and keep baby warm rugged up and try to avoid exposure to rain and direct sun.
I always took my children out in winter although i preferd to avoid extremly cold weather and try to avoid night time in winter as the night air is very cold especially for a newborn.
In the meantime go out and have fun and enjoy your baby as they grow up very quick love chantal

Your baby will be fine from the house to the car, the car to inside the mall...etc.
Just make sure you dress your baby in layers that will keep him or her warm. A hat and a coat's hood are the most important. You can take off the coat and some layers inside the mall to keep your baby from getting too hot, and then put them back on before you leave the mall.
Your baby can be in any temperature you are comfortable in. Just remember to dress for the occasion.

yes it's safe to take the baby out. Just make sure you have warm clothes and a snow suit on him. Keep a blanket over him when you are outside. You can take it off once the car is warmed up but put it back on every time you take him outside.
My daughter was born jan 29 so i had to take her home from the hospital when she was a newborn and she had to go to a babysitters when she was a newborn too cause i had to be put back in the hospital.

Europeans do it all the time. Just bundle the baby up and drape a blanket over the carrier to cut down on the wind.

It's fine, just bundle your baby up and be sure strangers don't come around the newborn, it is RSV season.
