So I have to memorize the entire menu for Outback steakhouse word-for-word...Anyone that has worked there before have any tips/tricks/advice? Do they really count off if you leave off a non critical word (ie. served with A side / served with side)? Any ideas to boost my motivation? I'm on page 2 of 8 after 4 hours and exhausted...

It depends on management. I don't believe you will be penalized for leaving a certain word out here and there, but you need to know all the sides, what the Alice Springs Chicken is topped with, etc. Don't forget to include the number of seasonings on the steaks, memorize those temps, too. Oh, don't forget the correct size of the steaks. Remember all the sauces that the dishes are served with. It is a small menu compared to Friday's, but you will get it. Wish you luck. I wouldn't worry about the non critical words. To boost your motivation...
