Make a statement with your hair, accesories and shoes. If there's no heavy makeup restriction, you can do that too.

I can see why this is defaintly a problem for you hon....first of all how can one make there unqieness show when there wearin ugly as crap uniforms! im assuming your a girl so go to a store like Abercrombie or American Eagle. im recomending abercrombie for this kinda thing. Buy a navy tight fitted tee and khaki pants from there so youll look stylish when everyone else looks like a dork! instant stand out!

get a totaly crazy[but cute] hair styl and wear Khaki CAPRIS with a white or Navy blue HALTER TOP. thro in a pair of cute shoes, a silver neckless and some earings, and go!
a cute jean blazer would be cool too!

accesorize! or just a simple twitch can do. like unbuttoning top button stick-out collar cropped tops etc. plus makeup hair stuff badges shoes socks (e.g ultra dark make up + wild hair bands+odd stripey socks + pink + blue sneakers)

all you have to do is take your details and mix em up a bit. for example, wear a skirt with kool leggings, and for your shoes go ahb-so-lute-ley crazy! as in kool laces, and boots and anything else you can throw in. also, delias.com has cute sweaters, and for your pants, defineetly go with straight legg pants

if your forced to buy specific pants form a specific company (bleh) then take them to the tailor or find a friend who can sew really good and alter them to that the cut is cute. That and accessorize!

JEWLERY! go nuts with jewlery and makeup. try cool hats and shoes, and handbags. ur unifrom is better than mine! i have navy skirts
