Try to find a brown that has some plum in it. I used to be a makeup artist and this was awesome on blonde haired/blue eyed women - it just makes those baby blues pop! Borghese has the best color I've ever used for this, but I can't recall the exact color name.

I would try wearing a neutral shade as a base, with a little bit of shimmer. Maybe a light honey? Then as a highlight (to go in the crease, and on the outside of your lower lid), I'd use a medium bronze, nothing too dark or it'll make you look washed out. Nothing too light, either.
Brown looks best on those with blue eyes.
