There is only one instance in history. Catdog. Otherwise no. THey are not even in the same genus. By definition a species is an animal group that can interbreed. There can be instances when Species in the same Genus can, but their children are usually sterile. Anything above the genus is impossible.

no, but some animals are special... lions can mate with tigers... to create ligers... and a horse can mate with a donkey to create mule... but these animals can never reproduce themselves
