Sure. Say the man has gender identity issues, meaning he thinks of himself as a woman rather than a man. If this is the case and this particular man is attracted to females...why not call him a lesbian??

no.. the term for man would simply be gay, not lesbian. lesbian is the term used for women. they mean the same thing though. you should be proud! i'm not gay, but i admire you.
