personally, i don't think young kids should have boyfriends or girlfriends. but usually most kids find their first bf/gf at school.

Young kids don't need boyfriends. They need to make friends with themselves.

They can go to school dances, meet them in public areas on public transportation, at school. They can get involved in activities that require a girl and a boy not sexual activities.
