Oh god, so many.
Passion
Once More With Feeling
Fool for Love
Band Candy
The Wish
Graduation Day
Something Blue
Hush
The Body
Entropy
Halloween
(OK, I know that's more than 10, don't you judge me!)
Oh, and Sleeper, from Season 7, just because I love the Anya/Spike exchange:
SPIKE
Anya, do be specific and tell a fellow just exactly what you're doing here.
ANYA
Well, Spike... I'm here, obviously... for...um...sex.
SPIKE
Uh, beg pardon.
ANYA
You and me. Here and now. Let's go. Let's... get it on, you big bad boy.
SPIKE
Wait, wait, Anya. Just a minute. This is not exactly—is that a stake?
ANYA
Yes. Kinky.
SPIKE
Uh, well, yeah,
Spuffy Forever!

That's a hard one. It's been so long. (There were other great eps that temporarily have slipped my mind.) Right of the top of my head in no particular order:
(I forgot most of the ep names)
1. The one where Miss Calendar is killed.
2. The Zeppo
3. The Halloween ep where they tie up Spike in the chair.
4. The Buffy/Angel crossover that focused on Spike's origins.
5. Graduation Day (both parts)
6. The one where Xander miscasts the love spell on Cordelia and all the women fall in love with him.
7. The Halloween ep where everyone takes on the identity of their costumes. (Band Candy)
8. Innocence (both parts)
9. Becoming (both parts)
10. The dream episode finale with the cheese guy.
Buffy was my favorite show and TV is infinitely poorer that it is off the air. Seasons 2 and 3 were near perfection. 1 and 5 were pretty good. 6 and 7 were steep declines with some great individual eps. I was disappointed toward the end where great characters like Giles and Xander got marginalized, Faith and Cordelia drop out of the picture, and with the direction they took Buffy's character. I didn't care much for Riley, Dawn, or Tara. Spike surprisingly turned into one of the most interesting/compelling characters.

it truly is a stressful one. it incredibly is been goodbye. (there have been different great eps that quickly have slipped my suggestions.) good of the best of my head in no specific order: (I forgot lots of the ep names) a million. the only the place pass over Calendar is killed. 2. The Zeppo 3. The Halloween ep the place they tie up Spike in the chair. 4. The Buffy/Angel crossover that centred on Spike's origins. 5. commencement Day (the two areas) 6. the only the place Xander miscasts the affection spell on Cordelia and each of the girls human beings fall in love with him. 7. The Halloween ep the place each and every person takes on the identity of their costumes. (Band candy) 8. Innocence (the two areas) 9. starting to be (the two areas) 10. The dream episode finale with the cheese guy. Buffy became my renowned tutor and television is infinitely poorer that it incredibly is off the air. Seasons 2 and 3 have been close to perfection. a million and 5 have been notably good. 6 and seven have been steep declines with some great guy or woman eps. i became disenchanted in direction of the top the place great characters like Giles and Xander have been given marginalized, faith and Cordelia drop out of the image, and with the course they took Buffy's character. i did no longer care plenty for Riley, break of day, or Tara. Spike extraordinarily became into between the suitable/compelling characters.

I couldn't list ten since it's been so long since I've seen any episodes, and I don't know the titles of them, but I LOVE the musical.
All of the early episodes were the best. The ones where Willow was still pining after Xander, but Xander wanted Cordy. Gotta love the love triangles.
Ones when Angel was Buffy's only love. It went to Hell for awhile when Riley was introduced. Ugh. He was boring as Hell.
I loved Spike and Dru too.

Just going down the ep guide, not ranking them in order of preference...
Witch (liked Robin Riker since she was on the cable series Brothers, Amy is great, and I love the scene when Buffy figures out what had happened)
What's My Line?(The assassins and Kendra's intro in the series)
Passion (Evil Angel rocks, and Jenny's fate was out of nowhere)
The Wish (Love Anyanka and the vampire reality)
Helpless (the mystery as to why, and the twist as to who was responsible)
Something Blue (one of my favorite comedy eps)
Hush (great concept and story)
The Body (my favorite dramatic ep)
Once More With Feeling (the musical was terrific)
Tabula Rasa (again, another fun comedy ep)

The one when the real Dracula shows up!
The one when Spike has sex with Xander's girlfriend.
I liked the show too. But hated the last year and the ending.
