Ok so Jason Todd comes back from the death only to be ancidently killed by batman (when he threw the batarang at his throat) but later on in the seris Jason returns as the best Nightwing ever how did he get out if the titans closed the door betwreen life and death. (titans life and death)

Well in decending order of likelyhood:
Most likely the Batarang did not kill Jason and somebody nursed him back to health (Lady Shiva, Batgirl, Joker).
Less likely, during Infinte Crisis reality was still readjusting and he came back to life.
Even less likely it is the Jason Todd of another earth/time.
No matter how you slice it there is an Untold stroy out there.

Batman isn't morally ambiguous and as a result your decision is invalid. Jason Todd grow to be an awful decision for Robin. Damian is extremely making a killing, yet he could be even worse than Jason whilst it is composed of, properly, killing. i think of i'm going to circulate with Stephanie Brown.
