Usually Outback. In the rare occasion I am not in the mood for steak, it's a toss up between TGI Fridays and Ruby Tuesdays. More towards Ruby Tuesdays because I like the salad bar

I like TGI Fridays and Ruby Tuesday best. Outback isn't very good...I only like their cheese fries. And Chili's is way overrated.

TGIF is a fun lively atmosphere. The Servers treat their customers extra well. There is a wide variety of menu choices. Great tastting food. Moderate price.
Chilies atmosphere not as fun and lively. Servers are okay. Not a wide variety of food. Okay tasting food. Moderate price.
Outback Steakhouse has a fun lively altmosphere. The servers treat their customers extra well. Mainly steaks but some seafood. Kid friendly. Good food. Higher end of moderate pricing.
We don't have a Ruby Tuesday near us.

Depending on your mood and preferences, 3 of those 4 are very similar bar & grill experiences. Ruby Tuesday stands out in my mind b/c they usually have an open salad bar, while the others don't. Chili's kinda makes its niche in burgers.
And, Outback is in a class of its own, b/c that's a dedicated restaurant for steaks!

Considering that TGI Fridays now has this 3 Course meal Deal, and its got about 100 Posible Combinations Its number one on my List
