Yes.. Well i don't hate them.. I can tell you that i am proud to be level 6. I just don't like the fact that they take everything so.. I don't know, new? Perhaps because they are..

No. They can bring in a fresh perspective, and if they like Yahoo, they won't be newbies forever.

Not a bit, you get to mold them and help them along if you think they're worth it. We were all newbies at one time. Let them show us what they've got and give them pointers. If they warrant it of course.
