I dunno about make-up tips that would help the forehead appear smaller, but I do know that you should use minimal make-up so it doesn't appear heavy or too noticable. And you're right, ppl prob'ly don't notice the size of your forehead. Why don't you try a hair style with some cute bangs?
I've always wanted green eyes. One of my gf's who has green eyes and brown hair wears a dark green in the crease of her eye and a light creamy color on the lid to make her eyes stand out more - she also uses shades of brown with the green. Hope this helps! :)

Well my forehead is 4 fingers too.... yeah, it's kind of big but there's really no kind of makeup to cover it up. The only way to cover up a forehead would be to get some bangs or something. But why would you want to hide your forehead? It probably looks just right. I wouldn't hide it if I were you!

Eyeshadow for you might just be a dark brown, something that looks natural but still stands out a bit.

For your eyes you should wear brown or cream colors. i have some makeup cards that can help you here is the directions from them. To soften a broad forehead you will need a color of foundation a shade above your normal fondation color(light needs medium, meduim needs tan etc.,) then apply color at temples and above eyebrows on forehead. Do not apply darker color in middle of forehead this would be your natureal highlight. Blend to soften. A touch of blush placed in this area would also soften forehead this creates a more slender look and breaks up the widenss of the forehead.

Hope i helped you!

go for a bright colored eyeshadow...but not cheap looking...like a nature tone but bright shade of blue or green or something
about ur forehead...try changing ur hairstyle...like...ur hair has more volume at the bottom(at ur cheek bones) and goes out more...
and if u have bangs...get them cut in a textured form...kinda wild and messy but hott
if u don't trust me...go to a hairstylist
or try wearing some kind of darker foundation or something under the roots of ur hair on the forehead...and have it fade lighter and lighter as it makes its way down ur forehead...it will be fine if u have bangs
ok
xao:)

I think that your forehead is probably not as bad as you think it is.

i have no tips on how to diminish the size, besides maybe getting bangs.

but for the eyeshadow thing, purple really makes green eyes pop. try out a few different shades, or even get a purple eye liner.

good luck!

You described me with that.
Lol. The hazel eyes and olive skin = me.

I usually wear dark pinks.
Dark and heavy at the base of the lid fading to light at around the eyebrow.

Maybe darker eye shadows..I think you should consider bangs. They'll seriously make your forehead non-existent.

I don't know about makeup but I think that some whispy bangs would help.
