I recently installed the AT&T Online Protection that includes, Anti-spy, Anti-virus, Etc. But I also had Norton AntiVirus, and now only my Sbc AntiSpy works because whenever I want to scan for viruses, a window appears that I have to delete Norton AntiVirus, and when I try deleting it, another window appears that says, "This MSI must be launched through setup." What does this mean? And how can I delete it so my Sbc Antivirus will work?

You can't delete Norton, it has to be uninstalled by its own uninstall feature. I hope you didn't delete any of the Norton files, because if you did, you won't be able to uninstall it. Click on Start, Programs and find Norton. There should be several selections there, one of which should be uninstall. Click on that, and hope it uninstalls. If it does, then restart the computer. If it won't uninstall, you will have to re-install it then uninstall it.

I would use restore and got back to the start or when it was working.Probably Norton will be saved, but yahoo will have to be reinstalled and then ATT will not be able to install their antivirus /antispyware on top of Norton and the Norton will work.Mine works with yahoo.
