Who is the best modern crooner? I say Micheal Buble, because he can take a variety of style of music and make them into his style.

Karen Carpenter for me... she had (in my opinion) the best female voice of all time. She could take a country song, and opera, an easy-listening song, or anything, and just make it hers. She could also make the listener feel the song's emotions. Michael Buble is also a good singer. He's in my top 10 list for best male vocalist. Karen Carpenter, though, has been my #1 female vocalist of all time for 3 years now.
