Economics. Reagan started the trickle down theory and it's results didn't show until Clinton took office and many believe he did it and made the 90's great. What we are seeing now is the result of the Clinton Adm. Just my opinion.

You answered your own question when you said 'thoughtless haters'. They don't need a reason and if you really study the issues you'll find that Clinton caused many problems that his supporters refuse to recognize like the recession and allowing terrorists into this country. Any honest person can do the research and understand the issues but the haters won't do that.
Let me add that I disagree strongly with Bush on a number of issues. Abortion, stem cells and Iraq are some of the biggest ones. However, in general, things have improved from the false 'good economy' that Clinton created before the bubble burst at the end of his term.

Some of the answers you got were as ridiculous as your question. Are you living in a cave with Bush's "missing" buddy? Bush isn't smart enough to do much on his own & those doing his job for him are a bunch of crimminals. Bush does have a rich daddy though and we all know how much that has helped him (got him into Yale). Clinton was great, but this nut is anything but. He doesn't even care about this country and I can give many examples-The lied about war, the condition that the 9th Ward in New Orleans is still in,etc, etc. Our daughter just voted too for the 1st time and we are glad she is able to see the truth at 18. Maybe it's because she KNOWS that both elections were stolen elections and saw 1st hand when she was 12 how many people protested in Washington when Bush was sworn into office. Yes,we were proud to have been among the THOUSANDS of others.

The reasons that I detest George Bush have nothing to do with the Clintons. He has earned that all on his own. My feelings about George Bush's Presidency are anything but thoughtless. A Democratic majority was not voted in on the basis of thoughtlessness and had nothing to do with the Clintons. It had to do with Bush's War and his obvious and painful incompetence. It also had to do with the country's feeling that he ignores the Constitution when it suits him and that he is out of control and acts more like a dictator than an elected official. I voted for him the first time, though I am loathe to admit it. At least I did not do so in 2004. By then his incompetence and dangerous attitude toward foreign policy had convinced me he was a dangerous man. In Nov '06 I voted Democratic because it was clear he had to have some controls put on him before he started WWIII in the Middle East and bankrupted our country beyond anything we have ever experienced. My son voted for the first time in November and though he is more conservative than I am, he voted for the Democrats as well. That was the case all across this country, the people spoke, even if George Bush refuses to listen - and it didn't have "jack" to do with the Clintons.

That is how it works in politics. The President has alot of haters. Almost ALL Presidents have had to deal with this for awhile now. It has little to do with the last President. Wait and see what happens with the next one.

Clinton's party buys loyalty by bloating social programs. And Bush's party prefers for people to work for a living. Libs like being told what to do and how to do it. Without a Lib in the White House, they have to think for themselves and be responsible. And no liberal likes that.
