i would say for me cancer know to many who lost that battle or someone in my family passing before me

Cancer is only one of the multitude of things that can kill you. If you look hard you will be extremely dismayed by the fact that it is a true wonder that any of us make it to adulthood. Couple that with the fact that if a disease doesn't do you in (There are thousands that can) then perhaps a drunk driver, a stray bullet from a gang bangers gun, or a psychopathic killer (there are supposed to be up to two hundred running around the states at any given moment) stalking you because they love they way YOU look. If that's not close enough to home for you then look at all the dissatisfied husbands or wives, demented mothers and fathers who kill their own children, perverted uncles or cousins who would like to molest your children and that's just your own family. Now a days you cant even go to a priest because they seem to be assaulting our children by the dozens. What scares me? This whole FREAKING WORLD SCARES ME! Just living is dangerous business good luck to you and GOD help us all.

It's funny you should say that. I have that very same fear. I think about how so many people will be diagnosed, and then a month later they are dead. Also, I don't have insurance, so I wonder if I came down with cancer, how could I afford to be treated. I thought I was the only one that worried like that.

I stayed with mother for nine months helping her.till she died a horrible death with cancer, but she was not afraid of death at all. I am dieing now, but am not afraid at all, have total and complete faith in God
BUT I AM afraid of sharks, I was out at myrtle beach when I was ten, flouting on A Little raft, I heard so people hollering, what? I looked they were all pointing at me. I finally heard the word shark, I looked around there were fins everywhere, NO NO. I pulled myself all the way onto that little raft. and slowing pulled the water with my hands towards shore
It turns out they were dolphins .
I love dolphins now, quite a bit

im scared of being left behind. im scared of having everyone i know disappear and left alone in the world. i dont know why, but im not neccessarily scared of death, i mean i'd prefer to live though [if that made any sense]. 8)
