all I know is that it is a gemstone of some sort, and bown/yellow in color.......and beautiful.

It is fossilized tree sap which is highly prized for its beautiful "liquid" appearance.
If you are willing to pay for it, the most highly prized items have trapped bugs, etc. inside them.
It is striking in appearance and is known to incite envy in enthusiasts when they see you have a superior sample of it.
When you think of the chances of finding this stuff, you can understand why they charge the premium prices for it.

You have amber from the Baltic States, and you can also get amber in the Domican Republic. Book a flight to Santo Domingo on Spirit Air, and get all the amber (called AMBAR) you want.

Could be Topaz or yellow quartz. There is another one but the name just won't come to me at the moment

i believed it was tree sap but apparently it is resin from trees
