To deal most efectively with stress, i would suggest partaking in an activity which either A) takes your mind off what is stressing you out for some people, this means painting, or reading, or going for a walk. or B) do sometihng which allows you to physically empty yourself of the stress you are feeling. for me, this means exercising or going for a run and listening to music. just concentrating so hard on something (your body) that you get rid of all negative energy. this way, when you are ready, you can feel less overwhelmed to deal with what is stressing you out. or C) talk with someone you trust and someone that you can tell everything to and just get it all out. off your chest and onto the table. i really hope that this helps!

GO OUT ON my again patio, have a smoke, and browse a bankruptcy or 2 of my contemporary favourite sci-fi / myth novels. Or wait till my spouse and son pass to mattress, then sit down up for a pair hours and play video video games. The BEST solution to manage strain is to do some thing that you simply experience or relaxes you - it doesn't matter what it can be. And if any individual insects you whilst you're stress-free, inform them to leave, you're de-stressing, but when they persist, then you definitely would ought to uncover a brand new spot wherein no person will trouble you for so long as it takes to do away with the strain.

There are probably a million right answers to this, and as many wrong ones, as stress is a very personal thing. In general, though I have found stress to be a matter of balance in one's life. If any one area becomes too intense (school, work, love-life, drug/alcohol use, etc.) you can experience stress. Focusing more on others can be a great stress-reducer. Identify what it is you are stressed about and fix it or eliminate it! (Sounds easy, though I know it's not.) Finally, if you aren't able to solve on your own, do not hesitate to seek professional help. Stress can kill you, - or worse, make Life miserable. Hope you are able to find some relief. Take care.

everyone has their own way of dealing with stress, and you really should try a few to find out what works for you. a few methods: meditation, exercise (either working out with weights or cardio, or doing something like yoga), reading a book, watching a movie. sounds like you have a lot on your mind, maybe you should think about what it is that's stressing you out, and figure out how to make it not so stressful. for instance, if it's school work, think about how you can arrange your schedule to get your schoolwork done in a timely manner.
good luck to you.

Exercise and eat right!

Have a hot bath before bed time. It will relax you and you will sleep better.

See a physician if neccessary, and ask him about Lorezapam. It is dangerous if you take too many or if you drink alcohol with it. But, it can provide temporary relief in dealing with a really stressful situation, like giving a speach.

Hope this helps.

the best way for me to deal with stress is to listen to music, exercise, get out of the house and just walk around the block alone for a while, or sometimes just being alone where i can think to myself helps me a lot with stressful days.

i hope i could help. :)

Alcohol and drugs will provide temporary relief. But then you will have additional stresses related to that solution as well.

Exercise regularly, eat healthy, get plenty of sleep. Talk to someone you trust. If you believe in God, pray regularly and go to church.

Boring advice I know but it works wonders... good luck!
