Well, I would recommend Vancouver, if you mean the one in Canada ... it is very multi cultural and it's a wonderful place. You would have to immigrate here though to live here.

Of the others, including if you meant Vancouver, WA, I would say either Seattle or San Francisco. L.A. is too "plastic".

Seattle without question, considering how huge Vancouver is, how dirty LA is and how stuck up San Francisco is. Seattle offers everything a big city should but unlike the others it still holds on to it's outdor charm. It's great for people who enjoy clean air, sophisticated people, modern amenities and overall high class living. I would move there because there are no ghettos!

All 4 are nice.

I live in the SF Bay Area
I like the seattle area.
Vancouver is beautiful, They all are beautiful.
LA is warm.

Seattle, hands down.
You have to be able to spell Vancouver to live there.
The other 2 are California. Enough said.
