No, as long as it stays on the inside.
Some people are also freaked out by a mouse or tiny snake.

Only if it is on the someones head..I can't deal with head injuries at all..But other then that I am fine with the sight of blood.

I don't like to look at other's people's blood..but mine isn't so bad. It's used to be..but not anymore. I can tolerate my own blood.
