Hi, I cant seem to download drivers, programs or software from the internet. When I go the companies webite and click download, the open/save window comes up, but no percentage of it is transferring and it remains static. I have tried open and save but nothing works. Any ideas why this may be happening . I asked this previously and some suggested downloading an alternative download prgram, however, I cant download anything. Also my firewall is already off

sometimes they give you an alternative download site, other times it can be your pop up browser settings that need adjusting. Do you get a litte yellowy stripe underneath your toolbar when you try to download?
