Ok, two questions. First of all, I made some video clips on my digital camera and they're saved on my computer now, I want to know if there's a way I can record them to CD and play them in my DVD player? And my second question, how can I edit these video clips?

If there's both audio and video on the clips, you'll need to put it on a CDrom, not just an audio CD. You'll need a special burner to do this- you probably won't have the hardware.
If you wanted to share the clips, though, you can always upload them to a website and send the link to your friends :)

Save to a Compatible file to whatever Software you get; And you will need to get some software for this kind of project. I recommend ROXIO Suite 7 or 9, but check ZD Net or C Net for free options

2nd question first: you will need an editing program like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.

Then you will need a DVD-burning program (like Nero) that can create video DVDs.
