You should see a neurologist for an evaluation

I was in a sever car accident on 10/14/06 with multiple sever injuries and in a induced coma. Also I was in ICU for about a week. When I got home after about 2 weeks after being in the hospital. I had everything you had. My doctor recommended me to a head trauma doctor. Ive been going since the beginning of January 2007. I am in Therapy for my loss of balance, my dizziness, fatigue, and my short term memory loss.
Well they see progress each time I go.
You may also want to get an MRI done also. If that doesn't help.
Please see a specialist - The Head Trauma Doctor ASP.
Also get another Doctor....he or she isn't solving the problem.
So you can start to heal and get on with your life.

Huh. A month ago, you still hadn't been to a doctor. I don't think you have been to one YET so you don't know that you have a "post-concussion-syndrome." NOT Concussive. If you have been to a doctor, you would have been treated already.
